Post Body

Hey yall, I joined this sub about a year ago to figure out how to get through withdrawals without completely messing up my life. My state banned it so I had to figure out something. I was doing a bottle of Tiara a day, not sure the total mg. Well two days before the ban was to take place I bought 10 bottles (all I could afford). I broke each individual capsule down and would half it. Put the powder into toilet paper and swallow it like that. Did that for about 10 days while working, then I broke each one of those down in half. So fourths. That lasted me another 10 days. I was anxious and irritable as can be those whole 20 days. But it wasn’t full blown withdrawal. Then for the next few days I’d go as long as possible at work without going to the bathroom and sprinkling just a bit of powder in my hand and licking it. That lasted a couple of days until I ran out. I took four sick days from work because I knew I’d feel terrible. But tapering seemed to help quite a bit. The worst was body aches, insomnia, and anxiety. Taking baths in Epsom salts helped the aches and anxiety. I barely slept but that fourth day I felt much better physically. Getting over the cravings emotionally was the hardest part for me but the closest place to get more was 3 hours away so that helped a lot. Hopefully this might help one of y’all like previous posts helped me.
