Former Vapers, What Are Some Things about Your Life and You that Have Improved Since Quitting?
Post Body

Hi everybody. Well, I’m struggling. I wrote a post on here not too long ago, and I wrote about how I “decided to try to quit.” I realize that, and actually quitting are two different things.

I’m partly happy with myself last week, but I can’t boast. During Thanksgiving, I went 24 hours without; sadly, that’s still my longest streak.

But hey, compare despair, right? We’re all somewhere along this journey.

I find this forum helps. Something else I notice is that my family members encourage me to quit. They are also quitting themselves. One has a week down and I’m amazed as to how they did it.

It seems so hard. I tell myself that if I can go 24 hours without it, then I can do it again.

Enough about me, for those who have any length of time refraining,

what are the positives of it that you benefit from quitting, the most, especially mentally and physically, and

what were the most uncomfortable or dreadful parts of the addiction that you don’t miss?

I suppose, something to look forward to might help, as well as not having to worry about v*pe.

That thing causes so much stress. I wish I never saw it in my life.

Anything Helps 🙃
