I will admit i have smoked weed a couple times but this did feel like the longest week of my life lol. One thing I noticed is waking up has felt so much better less groggy. Coughing for some reason out of nowhere, let me know if that goes away. Restless leg syndrome, I pray this isn't permanent but due to weaker blood flow because of vaping I have experienced those sharp tingles at the base and tips of my feet and toes, it was something that was on and off when I was vaping for two years but it's been constant every night. I'll continue to be more active and update you all on this. Agitation has slowed down from day 2 and 3 significantly. The urges still exist however these feel more powerful than before. I do still crave a nice light headed feeling from vaping especially since I've been surrounded by friends who do it twice this week. That being said I would anticipate a month in I would have control to the point where I could have a hit and get the feeling but not have the drive or urge to go out and buy my own vape. My decision no one else's. I definitely feel like I inhale and exhale more fully, less weight on my chest, speaking of weight yes I've gained some this past week and it is not fun lol but a small price to pay for a healthier future. To quickly explain my self control, my gf originally made a deal for every new vape I bought I'd have to buy her a squishmallow, this last 3-4 times until I got tired of paying $60 on a furry blob. She's been with me this entire week until today where she's out of town. Even home alone, and half a block away from the convenience store I used to regularly buy my posh's from, I don't have any drive or urge to walk my ass down the street to buy one. I'll update as I go on or if I potentially crack but I've quit cigs and dip before. This will fall before me as well
