newcomer here to look for advice and motivation on quitting.
Post Body

Hey all I'm 28 been vaping for about 2 years now and apart from the cost I'm basically over feeling like crap in the morning. I'll wake up and have coughs I've never had before, my stamina sucks, my weight is up, I don't even get the buzz unless it's the first one in the morning. I've tried to quit maybe 2 times legit I just get very annoyed with the way it makes me miss it and how the idea of "a smoke after this activity would be nice" I basically finish a 1700 puff posh in 5 days. This was something that was enjoyable when I was out drinking with friends but I'm over it at this point. Im ready to feel healthy again, hopefully not too much permanent damage has been done. It's later here where I'm at now but I'll continue to update this post with how I'm feeling. I really just wanna feel healthier, not make it a habit anymore and of course save a few bucks along the way. The main problem I think we all have is that the idea of it creeps into our heads when we're maybe working or just watching a video and you're like "why not I can rip one?" I honestly am looking for advice on how to get that off my mind. Doesn't help that I work from home but it is what it is, I'm ready to feel better again.
