Hey friends, third time posting recently, idk if anyone is following but I just got back from vacation and was off nicotine for about 5 days total, most physical withdrawals subsided and I just got home.
Unfortunately I did slip and hit my vape when I got back. Strangely I didn’t feel much relief or rush, just felt a ton of adrenaline and I didn’t even like it much. I proceeded to lay down and think about why I’ve been wanting to quit and believed I can’t do it, I took another hit after about 20 minutes and again didn’t feel anything good.
I’ve thrown it away (destroyed it so I can’t dig it out of the trash) and I’m going to try again to quit. Has anyone else slipped after quitting for a few days? Will the relapse symptoms be as bad? I was vaping constantly for about 3 years prior.
Thanks
Oh also has anyone else felt nothing good when slipping? I’ve been like a day clean before and felt such relief when hitting again but I felt none after this hit. Is that normal? Hoping it will keep me off it by remembering that it didn’t even feel that good
