After 6 years of vaping I have finally quit long term. I had tried quitting many times before & only ever made it 2 weeks max. So I’m really proud of myself for making it this far, and don’t ever plan on picking it up again.
I quit cold turkey after having some health scares like going to the ED bc I thought I was having a heart attack, long story short I was getting panic attacks and decided vaping wasn’t doing anything to help. I quit & started focusing on my mental health more and here I am 4 months later feeling so good. I’m not having panic attacks anymore and overall just feel better mentally and physically. I really thought I would never quit but it is possible and I could not be more proud of myself, I’m just looking forward to hitting even longer goals.
