Heyy! So I quite smoking cigarettes completely a month or so ago, but have been vaping nonstop until 2 days ago. Cut cold turkey and the cough has been brutal. Feel like my lungs/chest is going to burn right through when I cough and Day 1 it was bad enough to make me vomit (tmi? Sorry). Today has been abit better. Still coughing but really feeling the full body fatigue and exhaustion. Spent all day in bed with a mild headache and I have that gross feeling at the back of my throat haha I guess it's smokers flu potentially? Whatever it is, I know I'm committed to quitting for good this time around and hope I can just successfully weather this storm. I've tried to quit multiple times before with failed attempts but smoking has drastically and negatively affected my health in ways I'm starting to only realize now. Here's to better days!

Tldr: 2 days no nic - we got this!

UPDATE: Day 3 and my cough has subsided although it's still there. Atleast I'm coughing up phlegm now which is more satisfying ngl. Left the house today but my body still feels really weak. Also had an energy drink while waiting around, instead of buying a vape.. energy drinks are another vice of mine but the cut will happen slowly but surely. Going to start hitting the gym or atleast getting a walk in everyday this week. Let's see how my lungs keep up.

UPDATE! DAY 7!!! With much struggle I made it a week without nic! Cough has subsided quite abit.. thank GOD. But my mood has been more unstable than usual. I really want to start working out this week but not sure where to start exactly with that. Any tips/advice would be much appreciated!
