Going away to quit?
Post Body

Struggling to put the vape down. So thinking of biting the bullet and either going to my parents or booking a cabin.

How long would be long enough to go away for? I was thinking 3 or 5 nights. 3 as enough to get over the nic withdrawals or 5 to be extra sure. That's why I was thinking my parents as if I felt confident after 3 nights I could go home and not have spent a whole lot of money. But I also don't want to burden them with me being in withdrawals. What do you think?

If I went to my parents I wouldn't have access to buy any vapes, which is a positive. But I would have access to tobacco from the local service station. They live in a town of 3000 people and there isn't much there. But if I went to a cabin I could choose somewhere which wouldn't have tobacco easily available. Although I don't know how easy that'd be finding a place with no tobacco.

I'll be using nrt. So I won't be starved for nic. But I think having a few nights away will be the only way I can get rid of it. Thoughts?

Edit: so spoke with mum and I am going to be staying at mum and dads. At this stage for 4 or 5 nights. Worth a shot since it's free. So Wednesday afternoon I go up to theirs after an appointment. So will be interesting to see how it goes
