I really want to quit. i don’t get angry, i don’t get headaches, it’s purely habit. i always hit my vape on my breaks in my car, or when i go to the bathroom at work. i feel like i can go without it when i’m home or doing anything else, but when i’m driving or at work it’s all i think about.
i know having something else to do helps and a lot of people like him, but unfortunately i need some dental work done and can’t chew gum for quite awhile. what’s an alternative i can do? or any tips at all. i’m tired of feeling weak and imprisoned by a piece of plastic that gives me fruity, chemical “air”. vaping is so dumb and i wish i never started. in one month it’ll have been 5 years since i bought my first vape.
