4
5th day nic-free and the withdrawals are getting worse
Post Body

I hadn't had any withdrawals bedsides occasional cravings up until yesterday where I got hit with this sudden feeling of tiredness and nausea. I was out with friends and literally fell asleep in the car at 7pm. This morning I got back from the gym and ate my post workout meal only to feel the nausea come back and this time I feel really hot. It's below 40 and raining where I am and I'm sweating out of my palms. I read that symptoms peak around 3 days because that's when the nicotine has fully left your body, but could it be that since I'm a little on the heavier side for my height, it's just now fully leaving my body?

After day 3 I thought it was gonna be easy but yesterday and today are killing me
