This is going to sound ridiculous to some people but I want to share in case it helps somebody who struggles with traditional methods to quitting. Or for those who like challenges like me. I like to take pride in my self discipline but I’m also not a stiff hence why I gave both vices a go at different times of my life.
Like I said it sounds silly but I purposefully inflated my own ego to quit. Some might even look at it as a kind of bravado or facade. It is true that it’s all in the head so I’m like if that’s the case I need to chat to myself about this and that’s where I land. The best person who lives this way is Vegeta. If you don’t know who he is just search him up. That’s who I emulate when I decide to do something like this. Maybe you can too? Good luck!
I’m telling you bro, it works. Talk yourself up as if YOU ARE Vegeta and you won’t cave in.
Pretty much bro. Like fake it till you make it and eventually believe it until you achieve it
Could be Johnny Bravo if need be! Cheers mate
Nah I did quit nicotine. I started smoking cigarettes in 2016 and quit smoking those in 2018 and then picked up vaping in 2020 and quit those in 2022.

Well there’s a whole two year gap between cigarettes and vapes so are you saying two years is too small of a gap to consider it nicotine-free
