Luxury apartments in Quincy

I'm thinking of moving to Quincy and am in search of a good but not over-priced apartment over there. I need suggestions of Luxury apartments (worh-the-value). Although I own a car, I'd prefer commuting to office through public transport, for ex Commuter rail / Red line.
Requirements:
- 1bed den / 2 bed
- Access to train lines (which means i can even consider communities with a shuttle service)
- Move-in date before 1st Oct
