Is it just me or is RA the worst position in Quiktrip

I’m a brand new RA fresh out of training about two weeks ago. I’m a clerk conversion and i’ve always been complimented on my work ethic and sense of urgency. Since being an RA though my life has been hell. The SM, 1a and 2a are all super close and i feel alienated from everyone. I feel like everything falls on me and no matter how hard I work and get the truck up and do extra tasks I still don’t feel like i’m appreciated.
