Couple of questions from a newbie VR userI've bought my quest 2 and I have it already but it's still boxed, sealed as I'm waiting for store that I've bought it from send me £50 cashback from promo, if they don't, for whatever reason, I still like to have a option to return it but I can only do it if unit is still sealed.

1. I've heard that $30 referral promo only runs to the end of the year, is that true?
2. I've downloaded oculus app on my phone and I've logged in to my fb account, is that "to late, to far" to receive ref credit?
3. I'm based in UK, do I have to receive invite with ref link from someone in UK or EU will work too?
4. Once I have my q2 connected and setup, should I allow it to update to latest version or is better to leave it on whatever firmware was shipped ? (I know sometimes having new firmware can stop jailbreaks, hacks etc)
