Am I stressing over nothing?

So- I am a bit worried I have heard nothing from anything of the colleges I’ve applied to. Nothing about interviews, nothing about missing financial info, nothing. I’m specifically worried about my rice and MIT interviews. I got an email from rice telling me that an interviewer would reach out, but it’s been a week and a half and I haven’t heard from them- MIT I have heard nothing from what so ever. I’m sure this is all regular, but for applying to 15 colleges and hearing from no one about anything just worries me.
