Quest 3s with PCVR

I want to get a good tower for a PC for normal use, but also gaming. Specifically, normal 2D gaming and also VR. I also am wanting to get another Quest 3 for my girlfriend so we can play together.
Two questions:
Thoughts on the PC listed here. The only bad thing on it seems to be the fan which is too small for the power of the system. How is it relative to gaming in good quality?
If I bought a second VR headset, can two be connected and playing a PCVR game at the same time or just one at a time?
