Definitive way to mod on Quest 3?

I've been trying to figure out how to mod for the past two days. There are so many different "tutorials" that are either outdated, not for Quest 3, or too complicated. I saw that you can only mod for the Quest 3 by using QuestPatcher but I can't figure out how to downgrade my Beat Saber. I tried using the sideload app but it was confusing.
