All ways to connect Quest 2 to computer suddenly cease to work

I was having problems yesterday with the quest link constantly disconnecting me but I got around it with air link. I get on today ready to test if quest link can work if I have my antivirus off only to find it keeps me on the infinitely loading circles every time I load in. I can hear my computer's audio just fine, but actually seeing a single thing? No. Now I switch over to air link, which worked one single time, and now does the EXACT SAME THING.

Now I'm left with a 200 dollar paper weight. For no fucking reason. What can I possibly do?
