Trying to get an ADHD diagnosis, please help!

Bonjour, hi!

I'm an American working in Quebec (Eastern Townships area). I have come to the conclusion that I 100% have ADHD, and desperately am wanting a diagnosis to try medication. The thing is, I have NO IDEA what the best way to do it is.

I don't have a family doctor here yet, and my French is not to a point where I'd be comfortable doing medical appointments not in English... Is a psychiatrist the best option? Or are there walk-in clinics in the Montreal/Eastern Townships area? Can anyone recommend some?

Any help is greatly appreciated, I have no idea what I'm doing and am extremely overwhelmed.
