Bonjour,
I am traveling to Quebec for a three week business trip beginning next week, and I am concerned about the winter driving conditions. I am from Texas, so I have no experience driving on snow or ice. I am flying into Montreal, then driving to Granby. Most of my driving will be on Autoroute 10, then just around town in Granby and Bromont.
What should I expect the roadways to be like?
My rental car is an SUV. The rental company has assured me that the SUV will either have 4WD or AWD, so I imagine that will help on the roads.
Any tips for winter driving would be greatly appreciated. I definitely don't want to be a hazard on your roadways!
