Installing qubes-windows-tools in dom0, no network so how?

Hi This may be a basic question, but curiously the doc skip that matter and I lost hours failing to find a solution.

I cannot do this one: qvm-start win7 --install-windows-tools

Because QWT is not installed yet. So here I go with this one, then the next: sudo qubes-dom0-update qubes-windows-tools sudo qubes-dom0-update --enablerepo=qubes-dom0-current-testing \qubes-windows-tools

Which obviously fail as dom0 is set to be off network for security reason.

Same trouble if I want to install a new bios with this: sudo qubes-dom0-update anti-evil-maid

No ping. So how do I enable network on dom0? (Internet works well on the other qubes)
