Tripod recommendations for use with optics

Post Body

I'm looking for a tripod short enough to be used in the prone, kneeling, and sitting positions, has a ball joint for free movement, and has an adapter/can accept an adapter to mount optics. Most tripods I've found are too tall for use in the prone. I don't care if the tripod is too short to be used while standing.

I don't mind if it isn't capable of handling a rifle, as I will eventually get a dedicated tripod for my rifle. Let's say budget is no more than $200, but I'm flexible if I truly need to spend more. Optic weight ranges from 0.5 lbs to 3 lbs.
