How to attach QASM buckle?

Hi all,
I recently picked up some buckles similar to these
I was wondering how best to mount them to my PC so they can act as swift clips when mounting my X Rig? I have TRex Arms Y Buckles and Back Strap for securing the bottom of the rig to the carrier but am new to molle and unsure if buckles should be attached via strap, and if so which ones to use or if there is a specific kind designed for mounting buckles.
