My Rein 2.0 is exceptionally dim. I've tried two different 18650 batteries, fully charged, and it's still very dim. I made sure the battery jack was adjusted. There's a slight flicker when the light is on, regardless of if it's the tailcap button, temporary switch, or on/off switch. It's hard to see the flickering because the light is so dim. I made sure all the contacts were clean. Total runtime is less than an hour, so there's no way the bulb is burned out. What other troubleshooting procedures do you recommend before I try customer service?
