Suggestions for small admin pouch for chest area of a plate carrier?

Hi.
I’m not kicking down doors or anything like that, but I do get called out with the people that do. Policy says I have to wear a plate carrier and so I do. I’m looking for a small admin pouch that can attach to the velcro/molle loop chest area of a typical plate carrier. All I would like to put in there is perhaps a few folded up maps that aren’t crazy big, some laminated note cards, some batteries, and maybe a multi tool or a protein bar.
