Working out with plate carrier?
Post Body

Just got my first plate carrier. Medium Crye JPC 2.0 with 10x12 RMA 1155mc plates. I’m 5’11” 260lbs for reference. I want to get comfortable wearing it so I want to try and start working out in it. Is there anything I need to be worried about doing that may damage the plates? Sweat degrading them? Could the pressure of laying on my back on the floor doing kettle bell get ups crack them? I know the fragility of plates is often over exaggerated but I just wanna make sure I don’t do anything that has a good likey hood of damaging them.
