Often during coffeetime after meetings where I have prophesied, someone will come up to me to say something like "Thanks for your message." I don't know how to respond to this.
Any prophecy I deliver, of course, doesnt come from me. Therefore, to reply "You're welcome" feels like taking credit for something I didn't do. Sometimes I don't even fully know what I said. I realize their intention is less to thank me for doing them a favor than it is to communicate "Your prophecy spoke to me." But I still don't know how to respond, and so what should be a nice moment is instead an awkward one. Any thoughts on how to reply?
"I'm really glad you could relate to my ministry/words" "I was also touched by your misery the other week, I really related to X..." "Listening to other's words, it sounds like it is a theme around X, that this is something in many Friend's hearts"
