Is qiyana still a hated champ?

I’ve always played and will always play her. Although I’m happy with the recent adjustments she’s been getting ðŸ¤
I ask because a while back I remember seeing posts about her permanent invisible cc etc were just toxic so with her nerfs and now adjustments has that resentment towards qiyana changed? Or do people still hate her?
