Q1 Pro, 3 beautiful prints. Now not so much.

Had 3 beautiful prints from the get go. Now the extruder head homes all the way to the right, the bed comes up to the extruder and tries to go past the nozzel making the bed uneven and fights the z axis motor on the other side. How do i factory reset this machine?
