New Gold Status - what should I do?

After many years of trying Ive finally got Gold Status and I've got a decent path for future years.
My wife and I are sitting on 400k points and looking at a 2 week holiday in north or south america - tips welcome to best utilise those points ideally in business class. Any other tips as a newly minted Gold is also appreciated! Many thanks
