Can you use lounge if work has booked flight

Hey, my sister has 2 lounge passes from her credit card. Her work books flights for her and unfortunately they won’t let her book everything herself for the benefits.
A question she had was can she use the Qantas lounge (only travelling domestic) if her company had booked for the flight? I’m assuming so as it will be her name on the ticket. Can she just turn up and present the card along with her ticket?
