2 Accidents, Low Mileage vs. No accidents high milage

Hey guys! Was hoping y’all could help me with this dilemma. I’m current looking for a 2018 Q60. I’m interested in two of them both black but one of them has been involved in two accidents. By the looks of the diagram on CARFAX looks like it was rear ended twice with some damage to the front, but with 45,661 miles at $28,600. The second one, has been in no accidents with 79,000 miles at $25,000. What would y’all recommend? Any advice or help would be appreciated.
