Are there any forks of Jupyter/Ipython that function more like an IDE?
Post Body
For example, more like Codiad, where it's a multi-file browser, with split tabs for viewing different files.
Jupyter is really great for writing simple scripts, but seems challenging for more complex/refactored stuff - but I really like being able to run it from a remote server and having instantaneous graph capability without an xterm.
I just want to imagine a future where creating super data rich web apps in python doesn't require a whole bunch of setup. It would be even cooler if web components were involved too. Like editable tables linked to dataframes, and IPython charts with live datahooks and controls. Webdev, database ETL, analyst work, it would all be a breeze!
