Vacation

New hire as of September, asked for vacation late December through early January (13 days). Talked to my engagement manager for the client my team is working on those days im requesting off and he suggested days that could work for the both of us.
What else is there for me to do, is there a site where I need to get approval? Do I need to talk to my RL or career coach? Is it paid vacation, doesn’t matter to me if it’s not, just want certain days for vacation.
