Absolute have Abilities to buy from Rux? (Which ones are MUST and which ones are SKIP?)

I'm kind of curious.
Because some of them are 100% aesthetic, but other ones do have a buff or different power.
I'm wondering which abilities are MUST haves and why??
I've tried some and they're bad like the rush burrow for chomper, others are interesting and have its uses, like the triple ball or rocket for the superhero and solider.
