Very confused with this result.

My normal lineup is the bottom right pic. Win on 36 lair at 61 percent. I tried some 37s today to test. Same lineup, failed the 37 at 47 percent. Swapped Wali with Hanyu and failed at 48 percent. Went back to a 36 with Hanyu swapped with wali and won at 57 percent. What the heck?

Yea but activating a tactical skill on hero that’s only then applied to one troop gives a very minimal boost.
