I am trying to get HQ15. I have maxed my farms and lumber mills but I am not making enough food or wood to level up. How do I get enough to level up?

If you’re not in a total nap state go farm the unclaimed rss from the inactive sancs in your state. DR and DOA are good for RSS too. Gathering is super inefficient that’s why most of us have multiple farms but it’s easy and free so.
