[Rant] [Question] Are the limited time dungeons not showing up for anyone else?

I don't know if it started exactly at the daylight savings time reset, or shortly after, but the limited time dungeons have stopped showing up. Today (right now actually) from 19:30-20:30 Pacific time I should have the limited time Tan dungeon showing up. But it's not. This isn't the first time this has happened in the last few months, but I seem to think it started after daylight savings.
Does anyone else have that dungeon for this time? Is it showing up for you?
I've tried multiplayer, and checking an hour before and after (in case my time math is wrong, which I don't think is the case but you never know) and still no luck.
Does anyone else have this problem? Have you found a solution?
