[Question][Rant](?) What happened to multiplayer Ultimate God Rush?

So, um, just noticed this - Ultimate God Rush is no longer in the available Multiplayer listings?
I know I used to run it constantly to skill up Elia and for the XP, and could have sworn I got it from a quest - but I don't see it under the quest rewards, either?
I can buy the coin dungeon, but the normal one isn't there.
Am I crazy, or was it removed? I have every other kind of Rush available except that one. I'm so confused.
