EDIT: oooh, also - let's waste the time of farmers by making the first two floors have pre-empt skills AND on-death blinds (and Luthor's on-death Jammers, I guess), both wasting time to cast the strike and wasting a turn clearing the board half the time unless you special-make a blind-block 100%/Android team. Perfect! Still waiting for them to implement a speed-farm mode that skips enemy actions. Anyway. I hate alt drops. So, so much.
Bleach collab was only marginally better - at least the boss drops would be somewhat useful to new players, whereas the soldiers in this one are awful (meaning if you don't get the alt drop).
I needed to skill up all 3 on two accounts (mostly Batman and Superman, since Supergirl is outdated).
Supergirl was not so terrible on either - in the course of skilling the other two both SGs were handled fine.
Superman was worse - 1/2 and 1/3 odds of getting the drop at all, then you have to get it to be the alt drop on top of that - like Trifruits with slightly more opportunities and even worse chances.
Batman was nearly as bad - one floor that MIGHT drop the egg, but the alt is a gold egg so it was usually a chest.
I finished all three yesterday on one account, and today finally said screw it and gave Superman 2 piis after blowing 15 stones for stamina for runs on the other (~215 base stamina). And I doubt I'm the only one - at the least I think collab drops should have increased skillup odds to account for their limited availability, especially if they're going to pull out alt drops for skillups.
And then you look at things like Beach Collab, where "special" normal monsters skill up the REM drops, and you can get guaranteed or near-guaranteed drops every single run. Oh wait, that makes SENSE.
