As the title mentioned, I'm wondering who I should ult evo next.
Should I ult evo Leilan to R/G when I get a dragon fruit, or wait until I can go R/L or Awoken?
Should I evo Liu Bei now? I just need a dragon fruit to get him to G/R.
Should I evo someone else next?
