[Misc] Game keeps crashing to home screen?

This is happening on an iPad 3.
After exiting to the home screen using the home button, every time I opened the game, the title screen would come up ("Start") but once I tapped it, it would crash to the home screen.
I deleted the game, restored it, favorited everything again, and quit to the home screen by pressing the home button. Again, now the game crashes on startup. Quitting and reopening the game doesn't help. Is the solution never to leave the game?
Anyone have something similar happen?
