I do believe that red pill ideology is a little too extreme at times in regards to some of their notions around women. But it is much more realistic for THIS SOCIETY. If you want to improve at life whether it be in income, social life, or romantic relationships, there is no room for being "mediocre" or "average" in terms of the effort you put in. Our western societies today are so insanely competitive that you need to exceed the average person in order to be seen as worthy for relationships, friends, etc. Hence the need for more extreme or intensive forms of self improvement. E.g. in order to develop confidence to be able to ask for promotions at work or project leadership and dominance, one must actively put themselves in tough situations and speak up (e.g. ). In order to have a better ability to talk to women in a romantic manner, they must consistently and actively go out and practice, going through hundreds of rejections, etc. In order to be seen as physically worthy for a relationship it is almost essential that you regularly go to the gym and invest in skincare and other methods of maximising your appearance. Due to online dating culture and modern day hookup culture, there is absolutely no room for mediocrity. This is very different to society before the internet.
So why am I saying that neurotypical are wasting their genetic potential? Most neurotypicals are just born with the natural social skills to be able to socially conform, have a job, meet someone, etc. Basically a normal life. Essentially, most neurotypicals are born with the right genetic tools to be able to maximise the benefits of the red pill. And if they dont, then especially in this society, I personally see it as a complete genetic waste of potential. Regardless of how you look like, neurotypicality is an essential genetic tool to be able to integrate in society.
So what do you do if you are an autistic person? I recommend the red pill as well. However, there are limitations. Our brains are simply structured in a different way. And that is the cold hard truth. No matter the amount of social exposure you put yourself through, even the slightest slip of an autistic masked personality is heavily criticised and looked down upon by neurotypicals. FURTHERMORE, the autistic nature of black and white thinking makes it very difficult to understand NUANCE. I for example, read some TRP posts about how in order to be more attractive to women you must demand respect via being toxic. I took this literally and did not see the nuance and ended up pissing off a lot of women that I talked to. I thought I was just doing light bantering and showing some toxicity but instead I was being very rude and childish/immature. What they actually were talking about in terms of being toxic was to set boundaries for yourself and being more selfish in nature whilst NOT compromising the sense of respect you have developed whilst speaking to a woman.
So if you are willing to accept your disability and thus your limitations, then there is nothing wrong with doing so. And there is also nothing wrong in continuing. Why is this even important? Autistics make such a small proportion of the population dont they? yes they do. But there are huge numbers of us in these sorts of communities as we are more easily lured into "pill culture". Hence it is important to talk about this as the toxic rhetoric in TRP communities could lead to very poor mental health outcomes for autistic people who, despite putting in huge amounts of effort, might receive no benefits.
Regardless of the genetics that determined your appearance, if you are a neurotypical, then you can still exceed society's expectations of you. But it must require more intense effort and determination from your part. In no way should you waste your genetic potential and be an "average" person.
