Been to Reserve at Paradisus Palma Real with family twice and liked it, where to try next?

I was very impressed with the value of the Reserve at the Paradisus Palma Real when we went twice 3-4 years ago. The grounds were beautiful and the cost was reasonable. In a perfect world, the food would be a little better, and maybe there would be less seaweed on the beach.

We are looking to take another trip, any suggestions on places to try that are at least as nice as the Paradisus Palma Real, and hopefully in the same price range or slightly more expensive? Thank you. I'm also open to suggestions in Cancun or elsewhere.
