Pumping with a Frenulum Breve

Any uncuts with a Frenulum Breve on here? Are there any tips to avoid the discomfort while pumping? I know Frenuloplasty is an option or just wait for the unfortunate tear but im undecided on what option I prefer 😅 I know it doesn't stretch and pumping wont help with that.
