I am an average player that enjoys gambling, not a high roller or a nickel and dimer but somewhere in between.

Over the past year I have deposited and redeemed tens of thousands of dollars successfully, including most recently $3500 on 1/21/25.

I recently did pretty well on a given day and set up a handful of redemptions along the way that totaled $15,000

I was met with an email stating further verification was needed on my Apple Pay transactions and after repeated attempts, they will not accept verification of said cards - even though these are the only payment method I’ve ever used. In my latest response I provided:

-Bank statement for American Express card which is used in my apple wallet.
-Bank statement for Wells Fargo checking account which is connected to both debit card & Apple Cash in my Apple wallet -Apple Cash statement showing any Apple Cash transactions over the past year

Each of the above show pulsz transactions both deposits and redemptions and I have only ever used Apple Pay to deposit with these cards.

This is not sufficient somehow, again even with redemptions processed in the past week.

Before now I’d have recommended this place 100% but need to put out warning everywhere I can - Don’t be a sucker, this casino is a scam!
