I bought my puffco from my local dispensary brand new and ive seen some videos of people opening it right out the box and using it . I know i have to let it charge but it wont turn on and when i plug it in on the charger i see no lights . Its been on the charger for about an hour now and still no lights , is mine just broken or is this normal for first time use?

It’s a dud. I’m sorry to tell ya. Check on the reviews on Google. 1 out of 5 Proxys are broken. Your only hope is to contact Puffco. They replaced mine but I ordered mine directly from them. They currently have a 1 out of 5 stars on the Better Business Bureau website and most of the reviews mention the Proxy.
