Hey guys so Iām traveling to Puerto Rico for the first time and Iām 19, so apparently you have to be 21 to rent a car and I was wondering does anyone know someone that would rent a car? Iām from NY so you can rent a car at 18 so this confused me a bit, but if anyone knows someone that rents cars or even a motorcycle plz let me know I can drive both.
