I wrote a post here about 2 weeks ago and the response was great and I managed to clean out my PucaPoints then. I've had a few more trades resolve since and I can trade my PucaPoints for MTGO tickets again.
I've decided to standardize on an exchange rate of 95 PucaPoints per MTGO ticket. If you're interested, send me a PM on reddit or on MTGO (nightskyz).
EDIT: Just completed a trade with a wonderful fellow redditor. I now have 7,049 points left (enough for 74 tix).
EDIT 2: Just completed another trade! I now have 4,649 points left (enough for 48 tix).
EDIT 3: Another trade just got resolved, now at 6,509 points (68 tix).
