Hello everyone. I have about a month left in my summer internship for this agency. I have done great work for them, going to a lot of media meetings, setting up 2 events that our clients have participated in, and have even brought in a client for the agency (in addition to all the intern work).
In my offer letter and interview that I received at the start of my internship, they indicated to me that this internship role would be something they are looking to turn into a full-time position. However, I am not sure as to when I should reach out to my supervisor inquiring about having the conversation about a full-time position? I also do have 1 semester left of college, but I'm thinking I can either offer to continue my intern role remotely or seek a deferred job start date. Would appreciate any guidance in this matter. Also, if anybody has tips for negotiating a contract? Thanks!
